By working closely with patents, trademarks and intellectual property litigation colleagues to collaborate, IP Legal services team can provide customers with comprehensive laws to meet the needs of its intellectual property solutions, providing legal services covered in patents, trademarks , Copyright, unfair competition, rights and other aspects of the network.

- Prosecution or litigation on patent, trademark, copyright (including software), domain names and unfair competition (including infringement of trade secrecy

- Assist in dealing with investigations, queries, administrative or legal proceedings from foreign or Chinese administrative or judicial authorities

- Counsel on assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights

- Advise on protection of patents, domain names, trade secrets

- Advise on strategy for protection of copyright and other intellectual property related rights and risk management measures

- Counsel on other intellectual property related matters
