We entertain criminal cases that will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than Five or Ten years, with regard to serious crimes of economic business, of undermining social economic order, of infringing upon the rights of the person and property rights, of embezzlement and bribery and all Alien’s criminal offences.

Working Scope and Mode:
Act as agents ad litem or defender for a suspect in criminal cases (the defendant)

1. Investigation Stage: meet and correspond with the criminal suspect in custody, provide legal advice; file for complaints or charges and apply for bail, acting as an agent ad litem.
2. Examination and Prosecution Stage: consult, extract and duplicate the judicial documents pertaining to the current case and the technical verification materials; meet and correspond with the criminal suspect in custody; offer defense views.
3. Trial Stage: act as a defender for the defendant; consult, extract and duplicate the judicial documents pertaining to the current case; meet with the defendant; appear in court for defense; take a appeal.
4. Act as a victims legal representative, in criminal cases, or an agents ad litem, in a criminal private prosecution; consult, extract and duplicate the judicial documents pertaining to the current case; investigate and collect evidence; apply for identification; participate in the trial; produce or cross-examine evidence; issue an agent opinion; file an appeal.
5. Act as special consultant or agent, according to the specific requirements of the cases, on personal criminal risk prevention; applying for release on bail; residential surveillance; appealing of criminal cases; applying for reduction of sentence term; parole and probation; producing argumentation reports issued by an expert for difficult cases; demonstrating cases before the criminal court; participating in consultations and negotiations in incidental civil actions, and so on.
