We represents both landlords and tenants in all types of leasing transactions, including space leases, land leases, subleases, sale-leasebacks and other structured transactions involving leases, structuring particular lease transactions. We are also regularly engaged to review or prepare standard lease form documentation as well as complete coordination of the legal side of the leasing process, and we routinely assist clients with other lease-related documents, such as improvement construction contracts, equipments and facilities sourcing and maintenance contracts, and property management contracts.
