We represent owners, developers, lenders, contractors, investors and governmental entities in all aspects of a project, including first grade land development; land allocation and permissions; auctions and acquisitions; land-use rights; project company structuring and equity financing; zoning; design; supervision and management; construction and mortgage financing; negotiation and documentation of development and construction contracts (including design and construction agreements with architects, engineering and design professionals, general contractors and construction managers, and a variety of industry participants and other agreements related to the development of real estate); and all other aspects of project development and construction.
