Production, review and auditing of any document applied to pre-sale or sale of commercial housing; dealing with documents approval filing procedures related to the housing management agencies; providing support of entering into Sale Contract and completion of trading; offering legal advice on behalf of the clients with regard to making further explanations under terms of relevant contracts and performing other works in relation to sale of the housing.
